Thank you for your interest in hosting a food drive!
This form is for organizations raising 400lbs of food or more and are interested in having Food Bank drop off and/or pick up collection bins at your site.
Please Note:
- There is a minimum requirement of 4 bins (100 lbs each) to have Food Bank drop-off bins at your site. Bins are 2’ L X 2’ W X 3’ H. If you need anything less than 4 bins, we recommend the use of copy paper boxes or any large cardboard boxes available to you and we will arrange a pick-up.
- There is a $300 fee associated with each pick up/drop off OR pick-up only, which helps offset the cost of distributing collected food to the 1.5 million New Yorkers in need citywide. Your fee is tax-deductible. Simply submit the form below to make your secure payment and complete your registration. A member of our logistics team will contact you within 48 hours to arrange the pick up/drop off of your collection bins.

Our drivers make pickups and deliveries between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. If your bin becomes more than 2/3 full, please request additional bins or use your own bins for the remaining food items. Each bin holds approximately 100 lbs of food.
