4 million New York residents are having difficulty affording food-a number that has doubled since 2003, according to new Food Bank research. In response to this crisis, university students from Fordham, Columbia, NYU, The New School, and Marymount Manhattan are teaming up to fight hunger in the city during the week of February 23rd-March 1st.
