While we stock up on endless amounts of food and supplies during the spread of COVID -19, we need to remind ourselves of the less fortunate. Many will be in desperate need of food—including homebound low-income seniors who are most vulnerable. Schools (finally) closed and many kids will be relying on pantries for their meals too.
This week as citizens, parents and business owners/leaders we all are making important decisions.
After a very stressful week of trying to get my kid home who was studying abroad he finally made it back hours before Spain went into lockdown. I am grateful for my blessings and happy to help others however I can.
Please take care of yourself, take care of your loved ones, take a breath. Watch some movies, read a good book, enjoy a good home cooked meal. One day at a time, we’ll get through it. Sending love and good energy.
